Our company guarantees to original purchasers of products used in consumer applications (personal, residential or domestic) that all products covered by this warranty are free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. All products covered by this limited warranty for commercial applications (i.e., income generation) are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of original purchase.
The warranty does not cover the following repairs and equipment:
1. Normal wear and tear: The high-pressure cleaning machine needs regular parts and services to run normally. This warranty also does not cover normal maintenance such as air filters, adjustments, fuel system cleaning and blocking (due to chemicals, lime, dirt, etc.).
2. Installation and Maintenance: This warranty does not apply to improper or unauthorized installation or alteration and modification, misuse, negligence, accident, overload, overspeed, improper maintenance, repair or storage that, in our judgment, adversely affects its performance and reliability.
3. Other exclusions: This warranty does not cover wear and tear items, such as quick joints, seals, O-rings, pumps, damage to operation without water supply or oil filling or failure or failure due to accident, abuse, modification, alteration or improper maintenance or failure. Freezing or chemical deterioration. Accessory parts, such as spray guns, hoses, nozzle extensions (rods) and nozzles, are not covered by product warranty. This warranty does not cover the use, refurbishment and demonstration of equipment and failures caused by force majeure and other force majeure events beyond manufacturer's control.
